Bulky is a brown puma that lives in Happy Tree Town. Not much is known about him other than the fact that he is a huge bully. When walking he always has an angry scowl on his face and his ears are usually perked up indicating anger. It is currently unknown why he is like this.
Bulky is extremely cruel to others, so cruel, to the extent that even other bullies dislike him. He picks on the usual victims but he also insults disabled characters and children. Even though he is not a killer he is feared by many.
